At Safety-Gate.com, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not completely happy, you can easily return your order.

1. Return Period

Products can be returned within 30 days of receipt.

2. Conditions for Returns

• The item must be complete and, if reasonably possible, returned in its original packaging.

3. Return Methods

You can return your order in the following ways:

• By post: send your package to the above return address.

4. Return Label

• A return label is not included with your order.

• Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for their own return shipment, unless the item was delivered damaged.

5. Return Costs

• If you received a damaged product, we will cover the return costs.

• In all other cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, the purchase amount will be refunded within 30 days using the original payment method.
